. Preparation of a site specific Plan of Works Method Statement. This document will be issued to all relevant governmental departments and any other external bodies concerned with the project, including the client and the site based health and safety coordinator, if applicable.
. The site installation including all equipment applicable to the works. All security measures will be put in place to ensure the protection of both individuals and the environment.
. The realisation of the removal works in accordance with all regulations applicable.
. Air and water monitoring for the duration of the contract.
. Internal site based audits to ensure that all procedures are adhered to and that our high quality of service is maintained.
. Treatment of all waste produced including correct packaging, transport and disposal at a certified site according to current legislation. ecolex technologies will deal with all paperwork associated with the waste treatment which will be forwarded to the relevant persons.
. Upon the successful completion of the works, ecolex technologies will produce a document incorporating all paperwork associated with the project which can then be added to the Asbestos Register of the building if applicable.
